The Department of the Navy values its civilian employees and their families. To support you and the challenges that you face, the Department provides a comprehensive Civilian Employee Assistance Program (DONCEAP), which includes work/life benefits as well as support for a variety of issues (to include childcare, finances, eldercare, identity theft, legal services, alcohol and substance abuse, and more) - at no charge.
Services are offered as a FREE benefit from the Department of the Navy to you and your family members, and are confidential within the limits of the law.
